We use quality 3-5-6-8 and 18mm nontoxic first class row materials on the production line. It is possible to select the cabinet door options. We can provide membrane, acrylic, high gloss, lacquer and aluminum frames on all our cabinet doors. Most importantant protective element of the cabinets is PVC edge band. This band is used as 0, 40mm - 0, 80mm - 1, 00mm and 2, 00mm for our products. Polkana Faucets© is the company that manufacturing mainly faucets for kitchen and bathroom usage. Brass is the main row material on the production line. Thousands of products with many accessories are served according to different market expectations. Polkana Faucets is able to meet the customers’ expectations with a great variety of product types.Polkana Doors© is the door manufacturing company. Wide range of wooden type doors and steel doors are the main products. Lacquer, melamine, membrane, PVC and laminated doors are served as the interior doors. Our company is manufacturing Thermoforming Machines that can perfectly respond the needs of thermoforming industry. For example; we can use 3 types of heater elements. They are Quartz, Ceramic or Infrared elements. Both of them has own advantages and disadvantages. The Mold plate and clamping frame are hydrolic with servo control. That means we are controlling the acceleration and positions of the hydraulic pistons. Front side of machine has safety applications with safety sensors and safety relays for securing the health of the operator. In electrical cabinet, we use EATON PLC and HMI products with smart-wire technology. Its also give possibility to remote control. The cooling system is patented by our company.
