We use the 1st class quality of Marino lamb skin raised in Australia and New Zealand in our production line.2. Our lamb’s wool polishing pads are developed according to the analysis of the feedbacks coming from our end users, who are the experts of their area, from all over the world. This process is live, interactive and continuous. We consider every detail coming from the field, analyze them and reflect the results directly to the production line.3. We focused on producing only natural lamb’s wool pads, which have made our company specialized one specific set of products and carried our products to the excellence level. From the data coming from the field and results of the analysis of them, OBEY Polishing developed three main products, all coming with a variety of diameters used in detailing and OEM industry. Our product series are classified according to the cutting ability and the shining effects they leave on the surface. Our products are used for removing defects like the scratches of sand, paint remnants swirl spots, spots caused by harsh weather conditions etc. and enables maximum shine on the surface. Because of the natural characteristic of products, it doesn’t cause any heat to come out on the surface. It completely removes the scratches. It doesn’t give a falsified look.

Kalimba has been manufacturing automatic sand blasting machines since 2005. We introduced into sand blasting machines design such innovations as compact filter system, adjustable gun system, 3+1+3 dustproof system, automatic filter cleaning function after operation, no scratch with o-ring roller system etc. We also designed exclusive vertical sandblasting machine for bended glass. In 2010 Kalimba increased products range by introducing a new painting machine and curing ovens. In glass painting sector we also introduced innovations. For example we totally changed the concept of conveyor system. Our conveyors do not require expensive maintenance like cleaning or covering with paper. In our curing ovens we substituted conveyor belt for rollers. In this way we solved problems that occur with conveyor belts: breaking, deterioration, displacing. Our unique modular system of curing ovens is the only one in the world. It allows creating a custom made line, best for individual needs of any client. At the same time, each 2 m module is totally independent and functional, and modules are easily connected by a single communication cable. We are proud of our machines that have been working without any problems in more than 30 countries since 2005.
