Our company has 900 tons/month spunbond(SS), 750 tons/month Spunmelt(SMS) , and 800.000 mt/month Artificial Leather production capacities. We have 3 lines, 2 Italian and 1 Far East. Akel Steel Wire Mesh, a leading provider of high-quality steel mesh products and services. Our steel meshes are produced with top-grade raw materials and undergo strict quality control procedures throughout the entire production process! We deliver steel wire mesh as a garden fence in floors, curtains, retaining walls, concrete floors, concrete roads, concrete pipe manufacturing, tunnels, channels and landscaping applications. Our company was founded in 2003 by Ali Arslan Savcıoğlu, a master of socks production, and first began as a sub-contractor for Turkish socks exporters companies. In the following ten years, by improving product quality, delivery dates, fast sampling time, and competitive price, the company started exporting directly to European clients in 2013. Approximately 10 million pairs of socks are produced in our factory every year. As ORS Textile, we are in charge of boarding and packaging processes inside the factory with a daily capacity of 30.000 pairs of socks.
