In 2016, we moved to the CHEMISTS INDUSTRIAL ESTATE with an indoor area of 2, 000 m2 and an outdoor area of 2, 000 m2. In addition, we have allocated 800 m2 of the section as an electro-static powder coating area. Using state-of-the-art chemicals with automatic spray washing line and robot guns, quality continues its march in line with its first goal. In a short time, with its perseverance and diligence, it has established itself as an approved supplier of the leading companies in the sector. Our factory, which is established on a total area of 5000m2 with 3.500m2 closed area, 1500m2 open area and raw material warehouse, has an annual production capacity of 1.5 Billion Pieces. It provides services in the supply of screws and fasteners to companies from many different sectors, primarily White Goods, Electrical Appliances, Electrical and Electronic products. As a product item, we manufacture products up to 100mm in length with a min Ø2 max Ø8 dimensions. Screws in all head shapes (Pan Head, Countersunk Head, Raised Countersunk Head, Hex Washer Head, Button Head Etc. PZ-PH-TX-SW Recess Types) and All Thread Types (Metric, Sheet Metal, Chipboard, Plastic, Plastic 30°, HiLo, Braked, Grooved), rivets, eye rivets, pins, stepped pins etc. We manufacture our products from iron, steel, stainless steel, brass and copper materials. In our own laboratory; We perform Hardness Test, Salt Spray Test, Tensile Test, Profile Projection, Recess depth and all other measurement determination processes. We are coating Black, Yellow, White, Geomet, Galvanized coating types in accordance with 48H, 72H, 120H and 720H corrosion resistance. Tufloc and Loctite types can be made as Screw Locking types. It offers its customers free of charge raw material, heat treatment, coating and material output quality reports for all shipped products.
