We claim that our products does not contain any GMO corn-syrup, only uses high-quality sugar obtained from Turkish beets. We never use any additives . All exports are frozen or dry. Our Factory is in Bursa (90minutes to İstanbul). we have 3 tons production capacity a day. Our frozen baklavas have 1 year shelf life. Ready to eat after 2 hours in room temperature or 30 seconds in a microwave.
