Surface Patterned; Before the radiators are painted, all radiators are passed through the surface treatment process.This process consists of 3 stages. 1. Grease denitrification (55-65 °C)2. Phosphatization (55-65 °C, pH=4.8-5.5)3. Three stage rinse ( different conductivity levels). Painting; Eco-friendly primer coating is applied at 160°C, with water based epoxy ester paint.
