Akarca Mensucat who started its production with first OE Yarn and subsequently reaching the production capacity of 450 tons yarn per a month has been founded in 2002. The production of the yarn varies according to customer demands such as 100% cotton, cotton/polyester, melange or viscose. The company later became an integrated facility by expanding its product range with its own knit machines and dyehouse plant as a capacity of 500 tons per a month. The company produces Single Jersey, Ribana, Interlock, Pique, 2 Thread Fleece, 3 Thread Fleece, and Velvet finished knit fabrics in Oe, Carded or Combed yarn qualities with compositions of 100% cotton, Cotton/Spandex, Viscose/Spandex, or Cotton/Polyester as per customer demands. Most of the production is exported to the countries Russia, Algeria, Egypt, Poland, Israel, Greece, Italy, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Syria.

They haven taken a new step in their production as they are using the highest quality spirit ‘Alfa’. And we are one of them! And, much more important fact, which gives you the possibility to produce your products without any extra additional costs, is that there is nearly no export duty from Georgia to almost all the countries in the world.
