We can supply an ecological water-based polymer asphalt binder, named POLIMER ASTAR_TM. This emulsion is produced from the by-product of pulp and paper factories which is superior to cutback-asphalt as a prime coat and can be also perfectly used as binder for Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP). The product is water-based and concentrated. In replacement of MC30 it is diluted with water at 1: 4 rate. At high level of dilution up to 1: 19, the POLIMER ASTAR_TM is complete solution for the earth stabilization and dust&erosion control projects. OZNERGIZ is also regional distributor of some high-quality asphalt reinforcement material (global producers from US&Europe).
