Our company established 1976. We manufacture two kind of turn-key flour mills. 1. Horizontal - Compact System Factory : This systems are install on the special designed steel construction. This system factories have between 30 – 250 ton/day flour production capacity. 2. Multiple-storey / Building System Factory : Fitting operation is made in multiple-storey concrete or steel construction buildings. Building system factories have between 30 – 1500 ton/day flour production capacity. Installed factories main specifications; High quality product, Stability & Resistance, Electricity savings, Prevent flour lost with pneumatic system, Reasonable dimensions, Supply the spare parts.

Customer approved special processes such as coating, surface treatment, welding, heat treatment etc. are used and acceptance of ANSI, MIL, DIN standards are certificated to deliver finished parts and assemblies. Products are manufactured to meet customers high quality, on time delivery and price expectations. MANUFACTURING Medmakina is experienced in precise and complex parts machining and their assemblies. Machining capabilities consist of CNC machines 3, 4 and 5 axes milling and turning applications. Machining experience on titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, copper alloys and engineering plastics such as PEEK, Teflon etc. ENGINEERING Medmakina as a company that experienced from ANSI, DIN, MIL standards to “MAKE TO BLUEPRINT” manufacturing. This includes process planning, CAD/CAM programming, fixture design & fabrication and First Article Inspection ( FAI ) phases. DESIGN Medmakina’s technical staff can provide a variety of services to support your product development and launch efforts. This includes: prototype iteration, design for manufacturability, material selection, cost reduction initiatives and project management in support of product launches.
