We are a young and rapid developing company which is established on a 5000 square meters closed area and totally 10000 square meters area in Eskisehir Organized Industrial Zone in 2017. The welding processes of stainless steel sheets which are raw materials of milk and water cooling tanks are accomplished by electromagnetic waves of laser without any filling material using and any mechanical or electrical contact occuring. Thanks to the laser welding technology we use, there is no thermal deformation in the sheet materials and more influential and more aesthetic welding process is performed. As Setuay we have a skill to accomplish all of these processes too fast and without any mistake thanks to the robots and automation system. In our modern enterprise that is equipped with new advanced technology machines, we intend to reach the better at milk cooling tanks that we manufacture thanks to the experienced employees and the advanced technology they use. EMS Machinery is founded in 2003 and continues its production in its new world class factory that is located in Ankara Chamber of Industry 2nd organized industrial zone since 2010. EMS Machinery’s new factory has 10.000 m2 open and 5000 m2 closed production area. EMS constructs sanitary landfill, rehabilitates old dumpsites, builds and runs medical waste sterilization and disposal units in many regions of Turkey. Electricity production from landfill gas and supplying and storing of biogas from organic wastes for electricity production is another expertise area of EMS. EMS builds and manages facilities for electricity production from landfill gas with its business partner.
