This includes process planning, CAD/CAM programming, fixture design & fabrication and First Article Inspection ( FAI ) phases. DESIGN Medmakina’s technical staff can provide a variety of services to support your product development and launch efforts. This includes: prototype iteration, design for manufacturability, material selection, cost reduction initiatives and project management in support of product launches.

According to customer’s requirements we can be able to carry out mechanical constructions, and we can do reverse engineering for provided parts, create the technical drawing and manufacture these parts. BAFASAN Makine Sanayi İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. uses the SolidWork program for design and SolidCam for CAM programming and construct all CAM programs within the company. The Quality Control department uses the Inspection Manager program. Our company also uses the ERP program HBS. The parts which are manufactured by BAFASAN Makine Sanayi İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. are used in the defence industry and in various sectors. Our task is to fulfill the requirements of our customers with our knowledgeable and competent employees, increase the productivity, create solutions and if necessary give support to our customers.
