VEM ( Vibsis Electro Magnetic ) vibrators are used for feeding and screening of dry powder and granulated materials for all kind of industrial applications. The capacity of these vibrators goes up to 7.000 kg/hours and is depending on our models and tray dimensions. All the components of our product except for the casting body, epoxy fiber spring and coil are made of stainless steel with a CNC machine in our workshop. As the coil is the most important part of the electromagnetic vibrator, we now coat the coil to protect it from moisture and dust completely.The welding of the trough components (for tray) is another important development of our vibrators. Because of controlled atmosphere brazing, these parts do not deform over the trough and this welding system is our patent. With many years of our company experience, we are supporting the customers with technical drawings for the production of their feeder and screen.

The parts which are manufactured by BAFASAN Makine Sanayi İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. are used in the defence industry and in various sectors. Our task is to fulfill the requirements of our customers with our knowledgeable and competent employees, increase the productivity, create solutions and if necessary give support to our customers. BAF Metal start to produce different kind of sand casting automotive, machine parts. Our main products were brake drums, brake discs, wheel hubs, axle parts, trailer parts, machine parts.In 2005 we start to produce forged bolt and nuts with our CNC machining facilities. We use our sand casting expertise to produce high quality and long life forging parts. In the same year we start to export our products to Middle East and European countries and now we export our products more than 20 countries all over the world. We have also metal fabrication division that we can provide high quality welding and bending parts for our customers.At the moment we have our own CNC machines, forging press and foundry in our 2 factories with total 50.000 m2 We have 2 different factories in Konya one of them is for our foundry which is 15.000 m2 for casting parts.
