Chun Hsin Tube, established in 1989, is a leading manufacturer of primary packaging in China. We have three manufacturing sites (Taipei, Shanghai and Guangzhou) with nearly 1000 staff and 300 million tubes produced every year. We invent and manufacture outstanding plastic and laminate tubes, with superb decoration, caps and applicators, primarily used in skincare, cosmetics, toiletries, pharmaceuticals & health, and industrial products. Our tubes are available in a wide range of materials and structures. We provide mono-layer and multi-layer PE tubes, as well as laminate tubes in AL, ABL, PBL and Polyfoil formations. To contribute to the circular economy, we have decided to include PCR and bio-based (e.g. sugarcane) tubes in our offering. While our PCR tubes use recycled materials that are EU certified, our sugarcane tubes are made from eco-polyethylene that are highly recyclable. In addition to well-established printing procedures such as offset printing, silkscreen printing, hot stamping, embossing and varnishing, we also offer flexo printing to ensure the best presentation of our products. As a leading manufacturer of primary packaging, we follow a rigorous, consistent quality policy and align ourselves with the needs of our customers. Inventive Production Center LLC (IPC) is a manufacturer of stainless steel and ferrous pipes, industrial fittings for construction of gas and oil pipelines. The main activities of IPC are: —development and introduction of technologies and equipment for production of pipes and tubing made of steel with inner and outer anti-corrosion coating; —construction of pipelines (field flowlines, industrial pipelines, high-pressure water pipelines) with permanent forged fittings for pipes; —production of non-ferrous pipe fittings and valves; —production of polyethylene-lined steel pipes and internally coated fittings; —production and supply of high-pressure electrical insulating inserts for protection against stray currents and electrochemical corrosion. The company has been operating since 1989, when its first patent was obtained and the first pipeline for an oil and gas facility was built. IPC, founded by the honoured inventor of the Russian Federation, has developed and utilises a fundamentally new technology for weld-free connection of pipes for pressures up to 25MPa. Over 2, 500 km of pipelines have been constructed using IPC's technology and equipment. The company offers: —metal pipes and pipelines, ready for installation; —adapting the product to the customer's project; —application of anti-corrosion coating; —installation of voltage swing monitoring equipment; —consulting and technical support; —inspection for compliance with local standards.

RHEIN-PLAST GMBH

The history of RHEIN-PLAST and polyethylene plastic. The exciting developments in the field of polyethylene (PE) plastic at the nearby BASF site led Karl Eisemann to install machinery for manufacturing film bags at his forge and he founded RHEIN-PLAST in 1959. Unfortunately, he was only able to guide the company for a few years until shortly before he passed away in 1966. Two of his sons, Hermann and Hans-Georg Eisemann, joined the company, before being followed by Norbert, the third son, in 1966. The brothers jointly took on the shares in the company and also its leadership. The site soon proved to be too small and in 1969 the business moved into a company premises which had been rebuilt from scratch near Bad Dürkheim in south-western Germany. The headquarters of RHEIN-PLAST has remained at the site and in the hands of the Eisemann family to this day. The company uses in-house cast film extrusion, printing and manufacturing facilities to produce high-quality bags and sacks made from PE films, all of which are custom-made to meet a wide range of customer requirements for customers all over the world.
