From smoked Speck, to smoked bacon as well as different ham and sausages, to salami and other delicacies. Specialized in the production of products for further processing such as speck mattonella for slicing. Also very active in the horeca sector, with products that meet the needs of this sector. An important channel is the Private Label, which represents 35% of the company's turnover. With a production of more than 300, 000 Speck per year, the company is able to satisfy all the problems of the large-scale retail trade, the wholesaler and the Horeca sector. The factory, completely renovated and expanded, is located in Termeno, in the province of Bolzano, in a complex of its own that extends for about 10, 000 square meters, of which about 6, 000 square meters equipped with the most advanced technologies in the sector. The company has about 20 employees and is also IFS certified and we have adapted a strict control system according to HACCP. We are certified to manufacture our products according to the guidelines for import to Russia and Canada. We also have a gourmet line with exclusively Italian pork and strictly produced according to traditional methods and recipes for fine food shops and all those looking for special products.
