...Our Passion.....Forging In 9 different sized forging groups, we manufacture die-forged parts from steel, Inox, aluminum, Inconel, and titanium, ranging from 0.1 kg to 200 kg, and free-forged pieces up to 500 kg. Thanks to our large steel warehouse, in-house tool manufacturing, internal heat treatment, and mechanical production, we can deliver ready-to-install forged parts in the shortest possible time. Flükiger & Co. AG is certified according to EN-ISO 9001:2015 and the aerospace standard EN-9100:2016, and holds the HPQ from Deutsche Bahn as well as the certificate for Obergleisbau.

...The history of Fornara AG Rohrbiegerei begins with a one-man operation in the early 1950s. The company is run by the second generation. A transition to the third generation is planned. For your needs in turned parts, we offer CNC machining in the range of 1 to 65 mm diameter from bar stock. We process all common non-ferrous metals as well as special alloys upon request. Our machines enable the production of round and square parts with complex milling, longitudinal and cross drilling operations on the front and back of a workpiece multi-sided turning and eccentric turning off-center drilling and cross-thread drilling - contour, pocket, groove milling, knurling, and slotting. Even highly complex parts can be manufactured with just a single clamping operation.
