In order to support this approach, we are continuously investing in new technologies. On a daily basis, we machine thin, medium and thick sheet metal, which are primarily used in apparatus manufacturing and in the ventilation and foodstuffs industries. We produce multi-chamfered, punched and lasered metal parts to a technically high standard, which are then processed further with a high level of precision. Our high-performance metalworking division manufactures semi-finished products measuring up to 25 mm in thickness. State-of-the-art welding techniques and welding robots enable us to create welded constructions weighing up to 6.3 tonnes. However, Marton AG offers much more than just this. As a company offering you project-based services, we take the place of a modern general contractor.

Watchstraps maker since 1953, we are proud of staying the last Swiss Made workshop, able of mass production 100% Manufactured in Geneva, Switzerland. All our straps can be printed Swiss Made without any doubts on origins and production area, widely exceeding the new Swiss 2017 law, active since 1st of January 2017 about Swissness. We propose to personalize and produce your straps within the 3 building methods as we master them. Those are fully folded, semi-folded or tinted edges. We can also manage to develop inserts to better fit the shape of your watch and design. Those inserts are made by one of our partners, but we master the development and production, as we have our own Recherch & Development unit. Able to produce up to 80'000 straps a year, we also make smaller series, and unique pieces. We can use almost all types of materials or leather and mostly use exotics skins, like alligator Mississippiensis, Java lizard, shark, ostrich or galuchat. Manual stitching is a must as many other options, but we can propose personalisation like hot stamping with you logo or lasering it, or even use a specific lining or create a specific stitching design.
