    In 1963, Oskar Kunz, a creative mind and connoisseur who had undertaken four apprenticeships, had a vision. To create his sophisticated dishes, he wanted to process the garden-fresh herbs from the summer such that they would also release their authentic flavour in the winter but without being dried. For about ten years, he developed a method to do this, patented it and then ultimately sold it to Josef Quiblier, who then used this vision to form Milerb AG in 1979. Milerb offers a wide range of aromatic herbs, marinades, spreads and pasta sauces. We only use the best quality ingredients in all of our products and always prepare them fresh and with great care.
