Our micro waterjet cutting technology, utilize high-pressure water to create an ultra thin stream diameter (0.2 mm) which means our Finecut micro waterjet can be used for ultra-high precision cutting of one hundredth of a millimeter with no requirement for second finish. This extremely precise cutting process offers an enormous variety of possible applications within industries that rely on ultra-high precision, surface and edge quality, and cost efficiency. The Finecut micro abrasive waterjet machines can offer what has previously not been feasible with conventional waterjet machines. The Finecut micro waterjets exist as 3 axis, 4 axis, and 5 axis waterjet solutions with a wide range of options that can optimize the waterjet machines for prototyping and volume production. All Finecut micro waterjets come with CAD/CAM software and easy to use operator panel that requires no CNC skills, which makes it easy to on-board new machine operators.
