We use the standard techinques like Hand-Lay up and Spray Up in a open mould of Fiberglass and Resins but in the same time we use, as well and with more efficient results, the new RTM Light equipment that we acquaired for Bigger series of products. Because of this we are able to work in close cooperation with sectors like the Automotive, Leisure Products Industry, Equipment construction, Shipbuilding or Marketing business. We can produce finished products made from FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics) in small numbers and prototypes as well as big structures or large series of products; the products implied could be : -Tractor, Truck and Equipment hoods; diverse body parts for the Industry of building vehicles-Seats, Bumpers, etc (Automotive Industry) -Design furniture or elements-kiosks, ATM's, etc.

With an extended international network of customers, we specialise in exporting containers of highly sought after used car and truck engines also as spare parts from Spain to many countries around the world, mainly in the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. The fact that European drivers change their cars quite often, and electrification is invading the automotive market in the EU, a rising number of diesel and gasoline cars are dismantled daily. Due to the high demand from our international customers, and the increasing number of dismantlers in Spain, we are now sourcing engines from about 30 car breakers in our area in order to meet the high demand of our global buyers in a short period of time. We export used automotive and truck engines and spare parts with loaded 20ft or 40ft container units to all over the world. We place lifting straps on all engines to make sure they are safely loaded and easily unloaded when reaching destination. We partner with car dismantlers in Spain to source used engines and spare parts for all makes of vehicle including European, Japanese and Korean brands. Most engines are sold complete, ready to fit with gearbox and all the ancillaries. We check the mileage of the vehicle and control the engine to make sure it’s in good working conditions.
