We have been mass-producing precision parts for almost 40 years. our machinery includes Variomatic automatic revolving transfer machines with 9, 11 and 12 stations, some of which are cam-controlled and some NC-controlled with up to 60 NC axes per machine. The machines are specially designed for smooth-running part production with the same performance and quality as series parts. Fully automated production processes and a large range of machining options put us in a position to machine even complex parts in all aspects. We process steel, aluminium, copper alloys and brass, from rings, large coils, rods, lengths or moulded parts to feed magazines. Our range of products is complemented by various deburring technologies, slide grinding, surface processing, ultrasonic cleaning, assembly work and heat treatments.

SAAR SURFACES Srl produces finished products made with Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics(FRP) for all industries in wich Light weight, resistence and durability is a MUST. We use the standard techinques like Hand-Lay up and Spray Up in a open mould of Fiberglass and Resins but in the same time we use, as well and with more efficient results, the new RTM Light equipment that we acquaired for Bigger series of products. Because of this we are able to work in close cooperation with sectors like the Automotive, Leisure Products Industry, Equipment construction, Shipbuilding or Marketing business.
