Our range includes transport protection in many variations, from AirWave air cushion machines in various designs to AirWave bubble wrap in various sizes, formats and materials. With the AirWave air cushion systems from FLÖTER, you also automatically decide to protect the climate and environment. Because up to 99% air and a material proportion of just 1% means the burden on the environment is relieved all in all by almost 100%. The latest generation of FLÖTER systems is able to process films of 12 µm. Many tonnes of CO2, which would have been produced when manufacturing heavy consumables, can consequently be saved. Our range includes certified air cushions made of 100% recycled paper, which are in turn 100% recyclable. AirWave organic bubble wrap (made of a potato starch blend) are 100% home-compostable. The climate-neutral AirWave bubble wrap has been awarded with the 'Blue Angel' label and is also one of our sustainable products. But environmental protection at FLÖTER already begins far earlier than this. Climate change is already at the forefront of our thoughts in product development. With this thinking, we optimise our technologies until we can present products that keep the perfect balance between product protection and environmental compatibility at all times with minimised energy requirements, reduced film thickness and the lowest possible noise pollution.

Our felt insulation lining is available in custom cut unique size pieces and are widely used as insulation lining for frozen parcel delivery. With our insulation liners, you can send your frozen products to your clients with any courier service. The liners not only offer superior thermal insulation but it also offers physical impact protection to your product throughout the transit cycle. Our box insulation lining is an easy to use packaging system for time-temperature sensitive and temperature controlled products such as fresh foodstuff, cold and frozen food products, frozen food or pet food, chilled pharmaceuticals or healthcare products. Our insulation liners are made by recycling clean, new textiles by mechanical force. The lightweight fibers form a thick batt with countless air pockets which insulate heat and sound. The insulation is manufactured with particularly low energy and water consumption, making the cotton inlays are sustainable. Instead of creating something new from raw materials (e.g. styrofoam), our cotton inlays are made from waste generated by the textile industry. In this way we avoid consuming new valuable and scarce raw materials and prefer to use insulating packaging made from textiles that would normally have ended up in landfills.
