We manufacture Surgical Masks Type IIR in Spain (EN 14683: 2019 + AC: 2019). MAXIMUM RELIABILITY - QD Health is licensed by AEMPS (Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices), a state agency within the Spanish Ministry of Health, which guarantees quality, safety, reliability and accurate information on our products. The AEMPS is the equivalent body in Spain of the European Medicines Agency (EMA). - Manufactured in a white room according to ISO Class 8. Contaminants are eliminated; temperature, humidity and pressure are strictly controlled. - Our Surgical Masks Type IIR are distributed both to the healthcare industry and to companies that trust QD Health to protect their workers with maximum safety. PRODUCTION CAPACITY: - 25 million masks / month: we are one of the companies with the highest production capacity in Europe. - We are very well stocked and ready to ship orders immediately. PACKAGING: Three sizes available: 1) Flow pack of 12 (120 packs per box). Total 1.440 masks per box (about 28.800 maks / pallet). 2) Flow pack of 25 (72 packs per box). Total 1.800 masks per box (about 36.000 maks / pallet). 3) Flow pack of 50 (30 packs per box). Total 1.500 masks per box (about 30.000 maks / pallet). - The flow pack is printed with the type of mask and the standard (IIR EN14683), AEMPS license number, CE symbol and batch number for traceability. - Information in 3 languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese (we can add more).
