Jordi Perelló distilleries, we produce the 3 classic varieties (sweet, dry, and mixed) in an artisanal manner, faithfully following the traditional recipe of our ancestors; the herbs are harvested in the early morning of May and are macerated for a minimum of 60 days. Afterwards, distilled anise made in our century-old stills is added.

Company founded in 1972, from the union of four small distilleries and two major wine producers.
