We specialise in the repair of large concrete foundations for rotating machinery, which have been damaged by the operation of many different types of heavy, dynamic equipment. Our 40 years' experience in the business allows us to inspect a machine which is not performing to its optimum level, and suggest foundation, grout and fastener modifications which will improve its efficiency, and prolong its effective life. We also supply and install epoxy grouts for new machinery in many kinds of industrial plant. Due to our long experience in repairing machine foundations and the fastenings, we can ensure that common mistakes are avoided, the anchor bolts are properly installed, the machine correctly aligned, and the undoubted benefits of epoxy grouts maximised for the end-user. This work is done within the framework of API's RP 686, which is one of the very few general specifications covering the design and installation of rotating machinery on concrete foundations.
