Situated in the aptly-named "milla de oro", this DOC Rioja estate is in San Vicente de la Sonsierra and has vines covering 40 hectares. Four different wines are made on the estate, 3 red wines (Joven, Crianza and Reserva) and 1 white wine aged on lees. Viña Olmaza - Joven red and white Olmaza Autor wines - Selective harvesting Crianza Osluna - Special Reserve.

Bodegas Solana de Ramirez is a Family Winery based in Abalos, where they have been dedicated to the cultivation of the vine and the production and ageing of wines for generations. Since 1985 our Winery has produced wines in the traditional methods.The calky clay soil, together tich the microclimate influenced by the atlantic and Mediterranean air currents, makes this area ideal for the production of excellent quality wines. The vineyards age is between 20 and 60 years old, keeping always the best orientation for growing.The Ramirez Brothers know that a good wine is born from the great care given to the vineyards.The harvest is done manually, always with the same team and we take a lot of care in moving the grape to the winery.We produce wines only and exclusively from our own grapes.This winery has our own WineShop in Murcia , South- East of Spain, was created to commercialize " in a direct Way" and expand our wines in other parts of Spain. In 1970, Enrique Forner set up Marqués de Cáceres, Unión Vitivinícola, S.A., a historic alliance between a family involved in the wine universe and the best terroirs and vineyards of Rioja Alta. A MAJOR PROJECT that aims to obtain the best quality from the vineyards planted in unique soil, most of which are of the Verdejo grape variety combined with another very interesting Sauvignon Blanc variety. Its white wines from specially selected batches offer distinction and personality.
