After many years of travelling to Asia, Maria Moro founded this jewellery brand that aims to revive traditional jewellery values and techniques. Maria lives between Madrid and Sri Lanka. She developed her professional career in fashion and lifestyle magazines and over the past few years has worked in the luxury industry in various countries across Europe but it was through her continuous trips to Asia that she fell in love with jewellery; always attracted to antique pieces, gems and the techniques of local craftsmen, so little by little, she began to create and design her own pieces, learn gemmology and revive unique jewellery processes. Her passion for travelling took her to the island of Ceylon, known the “Jewel of the Indian Ocean” which like no other place on Earth has produced such a wide variety of gems and precious stones: sapphires, topaz, amethysts, tourmalines, moonstones…
