The company MVA d.o.o., founded by Miha Vedral, a graduate mechanical engineer, in 1991, is a family-owned business that has steadily expanded its services and products since its establishment. In 2009, the company obtained a certificate for the ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system, later upgraded to ISO 9001: 2015. The company's core activity is pressure die casting of aluminum alloy products, complemented by pre-casting services such as product design consultation, tool design, manufacturing and post-casting processes like trimming, sanding, deburring, grinding, CNC machining, washing, product assembly, measurements, quality control, packaging, and delivery. In addition to casting, we are involved in the production of various metal and plastic products. We offer a variety of manufacturing services, including product design, manufacturing of tools for plastic injection molding, custom machinery, plastic injection molding, CNC machining, metal forming, various types of surface treatments, and packaging of final products. Due to our wide range of services, we can offer comprehensive solutions to customers with the production of components from different materials such as aluminum castings, plastic products, machined or milled metal parts, sheet metal parts, and assembly of all components into the final product. We offer a one-stop point for addressing customer’s needs: from the design, development, material selection, production, and finish (e.g., powder coating, flocking, galvanizing, polishing). We offer manufacturing of sheet metal, metals and metal components – from idea to final product. We are specialized in CNC punching, stamping and perforation; CNC bending, welding of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, in sheets, tubes, or other forms of metal elements; grinding, drilling, and various other finishing activities. At the customer's request, the product can also be powder-coated, flocked or polished using our own facilities for dry-powder coating and flocking paint shop. Our firm was founded in 1990; with work experience exceeding 30 years, mainly in the manufacturing of metal products such as electronics and heater housings, metal frame doors, furniture (wardrobe frames, beds, table bases, benches), lamp housings, and much more, we are a resourceful and reliable partner in a region. Since 1994 VAR d.o.o. continues the toolmaking tradition in Gornja Radgona. Dies are manufactured in our own toolshop and our own construction department. In 1997 we upgraded the dies manufacturing with the production of the serial parts.Over 95% of sales are realized with companies in the European automotive sector. We are specialists in producing high-quality progressive dies (up to 2, 700 mm x 1, 400 mm. ) Our dies provides high accuracy, productivity and longlife. Using the same technology, we also develope prototypes in short period of time. We provide machining services on different CNC machines. Our serial production includes production of geometrically complex stainless steel & alumininium products (+ products from galvanized sheet metal, base metal and other metals) which are made with our oun dies. Surface treatment, welding and assembly are also included. We have an In-house Development department. Development, design, manufacturing and testing of dies is performed in an integrated CAD / CAE / CAM / CAQ computer environment and our own experts. This enables effective designing of dies and adaptation to the individual needs of each customer. Separate control department with modern CNC coordinate measuring machine allows us various measurements with accuracy of 0.003 mm. All product sampling can be carried out according to VDA standards.

Since its foundation in 1976, the company Avtogalant has been occupied with the production of exhaust systems for personal vehicles, motor vehicles, light commercial vehicles and agricultural machines.High quality products and constant technology development have made Avtogalant one of the leading manufacturers of exhaust systems not only in Slovenia but also abroad. All exhaust pots are made of high quality sheet metal, coated with aluminium, and have a 30-month guarantee. In the last few years the company has acquired new manufacturing equipment which enables a production of high quality products. In order to expand our business offer even further, we began with the production of thin wall welded pipes designed for universal use in 2004. We produce round pipes with 32 mm to 76 mm in diameter, with wall thickness from 1 to 2 mm. The standard production length of the pipes is 6 m, but we can cut them in smaller lengths.
