We produce three main categories of products: forming rolls for production lines up to 800 mm in diameter, forming knives, tools for cutting out and bending metal sheets and profiles and axles for production lines of hot rolled black, cold rolled, stained and stainless tubes. Our products are made from high quality tool steel and can satisfy most demanding customer’s expectations. We are specialized in accomplishing specific customer requirements from design, development and rolls production process (turning, milling, grinding, polishing, tempering and thermal processing). We offer technically sophisticated solutions enabled by the application of CNC machinery with CAD-CAM support system. Result of over 35 years of experience are high quality forming rolls, from which 99% are exported worldwide. Our customers are manufacturers of tubes and profiles and automotive industry. Savatech d.o.o. was formed in 2002 and continues the tradition of manufacturing industrial rubber products and tyres whose beginnings date back to remote 1920. Savatech manufactures a wide range of industrial rubber products : rubber profiles for the building industry, conveyor belts for various industrial applications and moulded products for automotive and other industries. Savatech’s programme Velo manufactures tyres for two-wheel vehicles such as scooters, moped, smaller motorcycles and go-karts, mini moto, ATV, industrial and farming vehicles as well as trailers. The Print programme manufactures offset printing blankets for the printing industry. All named products are manufactured from the in-house developed compounds that we supply to external users too. The industrial rubber products and tyres that are manufactured in the company Savatech have all been developed on the existing expertise of our employees.
