For the steam distillation of hand-harvested fresh lavender flowers, we use copper alembic, made according to the centuries-old tradition of craftsmen, which guarantees the high quality of the essential oil and floral water we produce. No preservatives are added to it because of the high concentration of plant matter. High quality of the hydrolat is guaranteed: - because our hydrolat is stored in our warehouse from the day of distillation until it is shipped to you, where the hydrolat is stored in a dark and cool place at a constant temperature of about 15 ° C.
