The En Krajcar guest house is family-owned. The director and manager of the plant is Irena Krajc, who transfered her many years of experience in catering to her own company. Rich experience and a great heart create a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. The building was built in 1999 and started as a bar. The needs of the surrounding companies and own conceptual design have expanded the business. In 2001, the restaurant started to operate, and after a year of service, it also hosted accommodation. The company employs 11 people, and besides them, a number of permanent employees are also employed by the student service for help. In the restaurant, young people are mostly employed, so we constantly shape new ideas and develop constantly better offers.

This training program is based on the education of beauticians, aestheticians and hairdressers with the aim of gaining knowledge which is the extended hand of formal education, especially in the field of entrepreneurship. The training program is fully adapted to the business in beauty salons, spa centers and so that the training course participants acquire specific knowledge which can be used in all areas of their work. The subject of this training is of particular importance because all the information, ideas, calculations and tips aimed at the participants are presented in a comprehensible and efficient way and are based on: • Presenting strategies for more profitable sales in salons. • Offering some proposals and business ideas for accessing the market which in comparison to the competition would be different and more productive. Focusing on services with the highest price difference and defining those services that should be avoided due to low income. • How to organize salon employees in such a way to increase their work productivity and spend as little time to perform that work as possible. Each procedure is based on specific calculations. How to work with clients so that they themselves opt for using new or additional services or products. The presented ways of working in salons completely transform the business to the next, higher level.
