We have five decades of globally recognized experience in the production of thick-film hybrid circuits, pressure sensors, custom-made products and medical devices. We provide a full range of services covering processes from development to series production to create custom products based on our customer’s needs. The hybrid technology used in the HYB manufacturing process combines different technologies with the aim of producing high-quality and powerful pressure sensors. We offer customized solutions from minor modifications of standard hybysens® branded products to the development of completely new pressure sensors based on customer requirements. The medical program is the result of long-term development and stems from many years of experience in pressure sensor production. The most extensive is the invasive blood pressure measurement program, trademarked hybymed® and standalone components which are also available for further installation. An ISO 13485 certified and maintained quality management system and proper production in clean room (Class 8 by ISO 14644-1) guarantee the high and consistent quality of our products. All hybymed® products are CE certified. The operation of the company is coordinated with the quality standards ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 and the requirements of medical regulation. BLISK CASTING, founded in 1985, is specialized in high-pressure aliminium die-casting. Over the years, the company expanded and became one of the largest aluminum die casting foundries in Slovenia. Our aim is to continue to grow and become of the leaders on the European market. We produce high-pressure aluminium die-casting parts but we are also equipped to produce and design tooling with a continuously growing machine park composed of high pressure die casting machines and CNC machines for milling and drilling operations. According to our customer's requests, we also produce prototypes used for early testing. Our customers appreciate our capacity to adapt to their needs and our flexibility. The Szilágyi foundry is a family business founded in 1970 by engineer Ernő and Ilona Szilágyi. A craft that was originally based on the manual chill casting of aluminium, zinc and brass grew over the years and soon incorporated high-pressure casting using smaller machines and developed into a foundry equipped with modern technology. It offers a wide range of foundry services. The new generation, represented by the son Dénes Szilágyi, BSc in metallurgical engineering, implemented a rationalisation of the production cycle, machine automation and robotisation, as well as acquiring the ISO 9001 quality certification. The company is successful on foreign markets, which represent 40 % of the production. Our main advantages are our knowledge based on years of tradition and our adaptability to our customer's special wishes and needs.
