Company KOVINARSTVO IVANETIČ d.o.o. is modern, family owned business with 30 years of tradition. We are engaged in the production of small and medium size machined elements from all types of metal and plastic to order. Our production is adapted to serial products, as well as the production of individual and prototype hardware parts. We offer turned and 5 axis milled machined parts of various types of material (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastic , parts can be processed with CNC or conventional machines). Our offer also includes EDM wirecut, grinding, welding, bending, nitriding and tempering. Products can be processed two and three-dimensional. The product quality control is carried out through the process of manufacture itself and at the request of the customer, we also attach a measurement protocol. Years of experience, regular education of employees, exceptional accuracy in material processing in a modern equipped machine park and flexibility in logistics are important factors that make it possible for us to maintain this long tradition and the extreme satisfaction of our customers. Our clients are companies from specialized technical areas (automotive, robotics and recycling industries). Since 2012, we are based in Breginj due to our increasing activity. We manufacture and supply CNC turned parts and machined components. Our skilled workforce, our precise work, our experience and the high quality of our products explains how Kovinski became a leading provider of industrial solutions. Our customers come from different fields such as automotive, electro, white goods, hydraulic, pneumatic and machine building industries. We use a wide variety of materials : stainless steel, aluminium, carbon and hardened steel or brass for example. We are also specialized in plating, heat treatment and griding. We are a manufacturer of welded parts for the electrical and mechanical engineering industries. As a system supplier, we offers our clients and business partners welded constructions, mechanically processed, painted and partially assembled components from a single source. Since the beginning to today we have completed, mechanically treated, polished, pre-assembled several thousand electric motors with appurtenant components (rotating collector slip rings, flanges, refrigerators, axles, etc.), stator segments, tables and bases for machine tools with corresponding components (standers, cylinders, cross slides, etc.) and helped our clients develop several hundred prototypes. Our products range from simple 1 kg pieces to complex pieces with several hundred positions, with dimensions 3.500 x 3.500 x 20.000 mm and 30 t. With our knowledge, experience, quality and productivity we continue to expand our circle of activities and clientèle. We started producing rotors for electric motors in 2017.
