The family run company Jan Krcula RE-PLAST produces made-to-measure PE films and bags since 1992. In 2005, RE-PLAST also started to recycle plastic waste film from its own production as well as from other suppliers. In RE-PLAST recycling plant, the high technology EREMA is used to process the materials. All waste film is manually sorted and then washed before entering the recycling process. Nowadays, RE-PLAST produces around 500 tons of quality PE regranulates each month and is still expanding. The standard products are LDPE and LLDPE regranulates. The RE-PLAST manufacture plant is specialized in production of custom-made PE films and products mainly for packaging, construction, agriculture and automotive industry. Having a wide range of film-production machinery, operating 24/7, RE-PLAST is able to respond to customers' needs with a high flexibility. I would like to introduce our product range MEDIMAN® - Its unique factors are based on recent tests, approvedcertificatesandissuedprotocolsconfirming, thatprotectiveall-in-onesuitsand face masks MEDIMAN® can be used for up to 15 times, which significantly reduces the cost per use, including shipping costs, storage and disposal. The MEDIMAN® Personal protective equipment / PPE /have been tested for the penetrability of bacteria and viruses. These tests and certifications have been conducted in accredited testing institutes in the European union based on which our products present high-quality personal protective equipment for combating the coronavirus pandemic.The protective overall MEDIMAN® 2020 is a personal protective equipment of category III. This overall can be used more times. In contrast to one-time overalls, this protective overall has a long life period while keeping all antibacterial parameters declared in the certificate.The technology of producing the overall from non-woven textile fabrics and the technological know-how enables the reuse of the overall after washing up to 15 times; in case of slight contamination, the overall can be disinfected with a solution of alcohol and water or at least 10-times sterilised in an autoclave with declared capacities of the personal protective equipment category III, type 6. Also avalaible with integrated foot cover with antislip treatment.
