We possess complex technological backup, which allows us to implement wide spectre of production, from piece-production of prototypes to production of small series. It starts with a purchase of sheet iron and is followed with a living organism, by which we give the future products their shapes. We split, burn, form, weld, shape, and apply final finish coating. The company SEAL SK s.r.o. manufactures products from pressed technical rubber and silicone. We have been engaged in production for more than 14 years. During that time, our production portfolio is very extensive. We also work with foreign companies that make up our long-term partners. We produce, for example, various seals, dusters, o-rings and atypical shapes, which are used in the automotive industry, medicine, agriculture and other industries. Products made of pressed technical rubber are pressed in vulcanization molds. The maximum size of the product is given by the dimensions of the clamping plates of the vulcanizing presses. Rubber compounds (SEAL know-how) are used for the production of moldings, which we test and are always the result of quality in the entire process of production of rubber products. Rubber products can be of different colors and associated with metal or other material. We design the molds. Our main focus is the production of small series of products, but we also work in large-scale production according to customer needs. We always try to meet the requirements of our customers.
