The gabions are box shaped elements made from double twist hexagonal wire mesh. These elements are adopted for the protection of banks and embankments, for the construction of gravity support works and for retaining unstable slopes.The gabions are installed after filling on site with stones in order to create a flexible, permeable and monolithic structure such as for retaining walls, river bank protection works, weirs and erosion control works.A combination of various types of mesh and wire diameters are available depending on the mechanical performance required and the various combinations of dimensions and measurements of the Gabion elements.Geosynthetics are becoming commonplace withn the construction markets. The MEDIMAN® Personal protective equipment / PPE /have been tested for the penetrability of bacteria and viruses. These tests and certifications have been conducted in accredited testing institutes in the European union based on which our products present high-quality personal protective equipment for combating the coronavirus pandemic.The protective overall MEDIMAN® 2020 is a personal protective equipment of category III. This overall can be used more times. In contrast to one-time overalls, this protective overall has a long life period while keeping all antibacterial parameters declared in the certificate.The technology of producing the overall from non-woven textile fabrics and the technological know-how enables the reuse of the overall after washing up to 15 times; in case of slight contamination, the overall can be disinfected with a solution of alcohol and water or at least 10-times sterilised in an autoclave with declared capacities of the personal protective equipment category III, type 6. Also avalaible with integrated foot cover with antislip treatment.
