We are a Slovak company operating in the area of production of precision parts according to the drawing documentation or according to a samples. Our work process from the arrival to the shipment of the order is done via modern programs. The production itself is done on the latest CNC centers, but also on common machines such as lathes, grinders, etc. We offer our customers the most modern methods in the area of CNC machining, which are characterized primary by accuracy, speed and great variability. We work with our products up to the final customer requirements. Surface or heat treatments are done by our contractual partners. We are creating input, operational and output inspections of products to reach all quality parameters and customer requirements for the final product. The products created by us are used in the aerospace, automotive, food, but also electrical and rubber industries, where great importance is given to accuracy and the highest quality.

HESTA spol. s r.o. (Ltd.) was founded in 1993 and is one of the first producers of windows and doors made of uPVC and aluminum in Slovakia. The production of plastic and aluminum windows and doors runs with the production software Klaes on the latest CNC machines from Elumatec, Sturtz, Urban and Berchtold. So we can guarantee products of the highest quality standards in accordance with EN ISO 9001: 2009 certificate. In Hesta currently run four production lines with daily capacity up to 800 window units. The investment in new production hall and production lines will increase the daily production capacity to more than 1, 000 window units.
