Our own quality manager also continuously monitors hygiene and food safety. The beef slaughterhouse has a HACCP certificate, a FEDIS FOOD certificate for SMEs, and the organic label.
The slaughterhouse for livestock in Stare Kobiałki is managed by Bożena Kebej. Since our establishment in 1992, we have been engaged in professional cattle slaughter, livestock purchasing, and meat sales. We offer the highest quality beef and veal. We also sell, among other things, beef quarters and offal, fats, half carcasses, veal carcasses, and beef in cuts. We operate based on an implemented HACCP system.
