We also manufacture specialist ESD (electro-static dissipative) tiles. These are made with stainless steel fibres that collect and transport electrostatic energy via a conductive grid safely into the earth. It creates a much safer working environment and is an essential safety component for anyone working with combustible materials or sensitive electronic components. Ecotile is one of the only industrial flooring products that is made using REACH compliant PVC pellets. The raw material we use has exceptional wear characteristics, chemical resistance, long term stability and stable electrical properties. The durability of our tiles are second to none and are suitable for use by fork-lift trucks, pallet trucks, HGV’s, cars and high volume pedestrian traffic. Šinvoz’s main activity is the reparation and the maintenance of electric trains, diesel and electric locomotives and all kinds of passenger. Šinvoz also maintains and repairs freight cars. Another activity of Šinvoz is the manufacturing and reparation of railways and its components and parts. Šinvoz was formed from a gradual transformation of technology and ownership of one of the oldest factory in Zrenjanin region. Since its establishment, it has grown into a competitive company and overhaul of industrial production, which has about 22, 000 m2 equipped manufacturing and office space. Factory Želvoz has all the necessary machinery, apparatus and equipment for production, overhaul, modification and modernization of all types of railway vehicles and trams. Factory Želvoz is the most important repair workshop for passenger and freight cars in Serbia. Furthermore, the factory processes monoblock wheels and assembles wheel sets, makes products and spare parts for repairs of vehicles and for major repairs of passenger wagons (seats, windows, side, front and compartment doors, luggage racks, bearings, and electrical distribution boards, two-channel air heating), makes forging parts and springs, does anticorrosion protection as well as various types of necessary tests (e.g. using ultrasound).
