The company DRAGONFLY specialises in the manufacture and sale of clothing of different types of outdoor sport, including motorbiking, snowmobiling and skiing. Our products are manufactured in the Russian city of Yekaterinburg. We consider it our mission to create functional, stylish, high-quality clothing that is immeasurably pleasing. We have a comprehensive business structure that includes specialist departments for design and development, sewing, warehousing and logistics, marketing, and wholesale and retail trade. All of our team's development processes begin with a brainstorming session that results in the concept for a new product. Following this, our designers get to work on designs that are then transformed into patterns by our pattern makers. In the next stage, a prototype is sewn in the workshop, which needs to pass numerous tests. Finally, this is followed by the production stage: The item of clothing is tailored and sewn, the seams are serged and heat-treated.

Paleto - швейная фабрика, производящая одежду для женщин и мужчин: пальто и плащи, пуховики, женские спортивные и деловые костюмы, жилеты, куртки, платья, шубы и дубленки из искусственного меха. Производитель модной верхней одежды имеет все необходимые ресурсы для оперативного выполнения оптовых заказов на куртки, женские пуховики, ветровки, пальто, плащи, шубы и дубленки из эко-меха, платья, костюмы. В Paleto работает 200 сотрудников, 120 швейных машин, стегальное оборудование, используется компьютерная система дизайна одежды (САПР «Ассоль»), автоматизированная высокоскоростная система раскроя, машины для набивки пуха, автоматический пресс для установки фурнитуры и комплекс влажно-тепловой обработки. С 2008 года производитель одежды производит готовую женскую одежду для собственного бренда, а также для товаров массового спроса и премиум-класса. Машинный парк Paleto регулярно обновляется. В 2019 году была внедрена технология бережливого производства, что позволило получить рентабельный продукт. Производственная мощность производства женской одежды - до 2000 наименований в месяц. Минимальная партия для заказа - 40 шт. Время, необходимое для создания образца, составляет 2 недели. Минимальный срок изготовления заказа - 2 недели. Paleto может выполнять контрактное производство одежды под брендом заказчика, производить мелко и крупным оптом верхнюю одежду из сырья заказчика и разрабатывать для заказчика бренд женской одежды «под ключ».
