PKF JSC has been working in the food market since 1999 and is the only supplier of potato flakes for full-cycle HoReCa in Russia, which enables the company to completely control the product's quality and ensure its reasonable cost. We don't use leftover French fries in the production, but we use different types and varieties of potatoes for various potato flakes.
