The Yagody Karelii company is one of the leaders in the collection and processing of wild berries (cloudberry, bilberry, lingonberry, cranberry, sea buckthorn) and wild mushrooms (cep, orange-cap boletus, mossimess, chantereless) in Russia and Europe. The Yagody Karelii supply the following articles to the companies of food and pharmaceutical industry: -Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) berries and mushrooms; -freeze-dried berries, mushrooms, vegetables, and fruits; -frozen berry puree, NFC berry juices; -infused berries; -bee honey, including honey mixed with freeze-dried berries; -birch chaga (Inonotus obliquus); -birch juice. The company also produces over 100SKUs of berry products for end users, delivers them to retail chains, and exports them to various countries via a distribution network. The Yagody Karelii was established in 2004. The company's production facilities are located in Kostomuksha, the town in the Republic of Karelia, Russia. The company operates completely automated production lines from Europe that produce over 50, 000 tons of natural foods per year. All products are manufactured in strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The quality management system complies with FSSC 22000 (SGS). A considerable part of our products is certified as organic according to EU regulations. We do not use any colorings, flavorings, artificial additives, or GMOs, and we track the production process from seasonal berry picking to packaging.

Automated control over the engineering process of charcoal manufacturing allows ensuring high quality of products. CERTIFIED RAW MATERIALS – all our raw materials are of non-criminal origin and registered in the state timber accounting system Unified State Automated Information System for Timber Accounting and Transactions therewith. HARMFUL SUBSTANCES- AND DUST-FREE – only birchwood is used for manufacture of charcoal. During combustion of birch, no foreign odors appear. HIGH-GRADE COAL – all products get through pre-packing grade line before. Only large pieces of qualitative coal get into the package, without wastes and dust. HIGH TEMPERATURE BURNING – northern birch has a high density providing with great heat. Except of our BBQLOGY branded package, if you prefer, we can pack our coal into craft bags under your brand. In 2019, the company was successfully audited in accordance with the FSC certification system. In 2021, we received regional award of Kostroma Region Administration – Exporter of the Year in the industrial area of 2020.
