Bryansk Plant of Draft Gears (BPDG) produces draft gears and railway components for freight cars, products made of steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, plastics and polymers. The main activity of BPDG is the production and repair of PMKP-110 devices that are highly effective vibration dampers for protecting freight cars against longitudinal loads. Instead of a spring set, they use a retaining-returning device - a set of polymer elastic blocks, which increases the integrity and energy efficiency of the damper's performance characteristics. The plant produces the following: —spare parts for railway equipment and rolling stock; —sheet metal products with a thickness of 0.5 to 10 mm by laser cutting; —castings of non-ferrous metals and alloyed steel weighing from 5 to 180 kg; —bushings for oil and gas industry; —car seats and bumpers, buckets, boxes, racks and other products made of plastics and polymers (TPE, polyurethane, polypropylene, polyvinylchloride, polyethylene, etc.) weighing up to 6.5 kg. The company's quality management system complies with Russian state standards (GOST) and has been approved by IRIS, ISO 9001: 2015, ISO/TS 22163: 2017 certificates. The plant has been operating since 2008. BPDG offers wholesale supplies of metal and plastic accessories for the rairoad industry. The company has a department for maintenance and repair of T1, T2 and T3 class draft gears over their entire lifecycle.

Zavod Kronakril is the major Russian producer of inorganic zinc phosphate — a corrosion protection pigment for industrial paints in the form of a white powder that exhibits low toxicity, increases adhesion and improves the protective properties of paints and varnishes. The company also produces non-food pigments and dyes for manufacturing paints and varnishes. The company has been working in the Russian and international markets since 2003. Since 2018, 80% of Russian producers of corrosion-resistant paintwork materials opt for products by Zavod Kronakril®. The range of corrosion inhibitors produced by the plant includes: •KRONPHOS® PZ is the zinc phosphate dihydrate with zinc content of 45.0-52.0% •KRONPHOS® PZC is a pigment with an optimal combination of zinc, phosphorus and calcium. •KRONPHOS® PZA is the basic hydrate of zinc orthophosphate and aluminium with a higher phosphate content than that of zinc phosphate. •KRONPHOS® PZM is the basic hydrate of zinc orthophosphate and molybdenum. It exhibits increased resistance to corrosion currents, both anionic and cationic properties. •KRONPHOS® CP is a calcium phosphate. It enhances anti-corrosive properties and adhesion strength. Since 2019, the products of Zavod Kronakril® are certified pursuant to the REACH standard for free circulation in the EU.
