Main products of our company are: - Copper production. Batch production of wire rod with diameter of 8 to 25 mm has been organized. - Metal-roll. Manufacturing process of copper sections of various shapes was implemented. Batch production of copper busbars was organized as per GOST 434-78. The range of cross sections is from 200 to 3800 mm and width is up to 240 mm. - Cabling and wiring products. The cable products are in use of socially significant, military industrial facilities, thermal power sectors, the underground system, heavy industry, housing and communal services and the construction in different fields of activities. We have more than 50 up-to-date production lines from leading global producers, with the capacity for monthly processing of up to 1, 000 tons of copper and 800 tons of aluminum per month. We always renew our production facilities. Every production stage is automatized and has a quality. All products are certified. The quality of production is confirmed by certificates. Villina LLC is a manufacturer of pumps for the oil, gas and chemical industries: horizontal and vertical pumps, semi-submersible pumps, and with spare parts for them. The product range includes: • pump units with magnetic coupling; • pumps with mechanical shaft seal and combined seal; • vertical, horizontal, semi-submersible, combination pumps; • high-temperature pumps with magnetic coupling for pumping media with temperature up to +420°C; • replacement parts for pumps. Villina pumps are used in oil refining, gas industry, chemical industry, and food industry. The manufacturer's high-temperature pump also handles the pumping of vegetable oil with a temperature of +250°C at the oil factory.
