The vessels can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, superduplex, clad steel (stainless, monel), Cu-Ni alloy. The maximum characteristics are: weight up 60 tons, shell thickness up to 63 mm, diameter up to 5000 mm, and operate under the pressure up to 200 bars. With almost 40 years of experience in producing pressure vessels, COMES fabricates custom vessels in compliance with client’s requirements, using the latest technology in the field (modern workshops, NDE laboratories, heat treatment, blasting and painting operations, latest software tools) without harming the environment, health or safety.
