We offer a wide selection of goose feathers & down blends, from Class I to Class VII and our processing of raw materials is up to global standards. That includes selectors, steamers and metal detectors to ensure 100% client satisfaction each and every time. Quick overview of our process: - Collecting Eco-friendly goose feathers & down. - Machine-separation of the product by bale separator. - De-dusting and eliminating foreign particles. - Bagging and disposal of waste materials. - Machine-sorting according to size and weight. - Blending and homogenizing the goose feathers & down. - Steaming to 120 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. - Bagging, tagging and labeling bags ranging from 50 to 110 kilograms.
