Our equipment hosts italian SANGIACOMO STAR HT knitting machines, fitted with the optional, patented CLASSIC LINKING system. It seamlessly and automatically "links" the toe of the sock, leaving no unconfortable seam. This is a more efficient way than the old "ROSSO", and a natural evolution of the traditional "hand linking" procedure. Our machines operate with 168 needles, or a very fine 200. n the sock finishing process, we included the washing and softening programmes. This way, we commit to a clean and aseptic product. Aditionally, we avoid the up to 3% shrinking of the socks that happens after the end user washes them. During this process, a human supervised quality control check occurs, even though a sophisticated verification takes place automatically during knitting.
