Probably, the Romanian walnut doesn't have the best commercial aspect, such as the Chilian ones, but it is the tastiest and healthiest one, because it is produced naturally in forests or by small farmers, and grown 100% natural.Here, at Simila, we work with strictly selected suppliers that fulfill each standard of quality. In harmony with our quality we implemented a management system of quality ISO 22000 certified by UKAS. We rely on the right products, processes and people to assure optimum performance. To reach the peak we acquired walnut in shell calibrator, walnut kernel calibrator, walnut cracker, electric dryer, five sorting bands, vacuum, and professional humidity tester to make all work easier.
