Constrution the plant (concret, pipes, equipments montage) partenerschip with Willacy Oil Services Ltd – England. Operation the plant: three phases separation centrifuges (from Andritz) – oil, sludge and water; recovered oil, analys and pomping recovered oil to refinery; extract the sludge from lagoon with excavator and riddle basket, hydraulic Diesel and screw pomp for extraction sludge; pretreatment sludge: separation high solid and heating the sludge with heat exchangers; mixers for sludge; chemicals dosing system (manual and automat systems); dosing pomps; Duplex filters; steam production and delivery to our plant, crud oil farm tank and briqeting cocs plant. Responsibility to respect all QHSE rulls, integrate system ISO 9001; DIN EN 14001; BS OHSAS 18001, respond all authorities audits (helth an safe security work, emergency situation: fire systems, evacuations plans, etc; environmental).
