We have started in 2020 the production of medical face masks. We have started with just a handful of people and a automatic machine. We currently produce and manufacture type I, type II and type IIR medical 3 ply and 3 layers disposable face masks. We can produce up to 100 000 medical face masks a day. We have the authorization from the Romanian Minister of Health for manufacturing and distributing this medical devices class 1. We have a wide range of colors, patterns, models with different types of elastic, different elastic colors and so on. As we are manufacturer, we can adapt, produce on demand, personalize de box, labeling and even the actual mask. We we can guarantee a very competitive price and we are looking for long term partnerships. Unfortunately this pandemic along with the COVID-19 will be part of our lives in the upcoming years, that is why we want to partner with companies from Europe. The medical devices are made by means of manual or numerical control machine tools (CNC computerized multi-axes) of high accuracy, purchased from the most prestigious Swiss manufacturers: Schaublin(Schaublin 125 CNC).Weiler and Tornos Bechler(Deco 13A).The high accuracy performances are enssured by numerical control systems of Heidenhain and Fanuc Company. The quality control is made by computerized mechanical devices purchased from Tesa Technology Switzerland, devices that give us the guarantee of a quality measurement.These endowments allow the devices to be executed at very small dimensions but with high accuracy. Each device is controlled on the entire duration of the manufacturing cycle in order to inspect if the dimensions are according to the project. We address mainly to the medical domain as we process the titanium, but we may as well execute parts of small size and high accuracy for the following: cars manufacturing industry, electronics, aerospace, munition, automotive
