When we build a house, we take care of at least three of the five principles of passive house: 1. The continuous insulation in the walls, floor and roof to minimize heat loss from the house in the winter and overheating in the summer; 2. The tire building well sealed to minimize air leakage that can occur at the joints between exterior walls, at the joints between the floor of the exterior walls, roof and carpentry, as well as the perforations for installation; 3.
